Technogypsy serves us a scrumptuous Easter Feast...a belated but heartfelt wesolego alleluia to him and his.

Scanning down, I see quite a few goodies that I've not had since Easter as a kid. We aren't Orthodox, but the cuisine's verymuch the same - Thanks to Mr. Gypsy's carnival, I think a few almost forgotten traditions for both the Guy and me might be resurrected...and not just Easter ones. (Ethiopian Chile Cookoffs come to mind.)
