"Don't Panic!"
-What my fortune cookie from dinner advised me.
Since this is such good counsel, I may well start listening more to what the cookies have to tell me. Couldn't be anything worse than what, say, my parents, my shrink, my bosses, my teachers have ever offered up. Much cheaper than the schooling and the headshrinkage too.

Those always bother me. It's not actually a fortune now is it. It's not telling you what might make you panic now is it? That should be called a Command Cookie or something. I'd demand a refund.
I think it's good advice. Pablo (who brought the take-out over) was hoping to get one that said "don't forget your towel." Instead, it said to "trust in the collective." A real hoot, that one, given he's one of the most pro-capitalist people I know of.
I think its a plot by the Chinese government to try to turn us communist.
They should try somewhere other than the People (who can afford it)'s Republik. For crying out loud, it's preaching to the choir heah.
