Today's 'Monday Morning Flower' is a bouquet d'artifice, a work of Thai folk art. Though the display space was a bit crowded, we did get a chance to watch Ms. Punnee Burgess at work. Examples of her oeuvre included great floral bouquets (as you see here), all manner of animals (the radish mice were adorable!), intricately carved vases from watermelons. She had no business cards of her own, alas, but there was a URL posted for an informational site on this intriguing artform.
