Comfort Food.

Fried bologna and onions on pumpernickel bread. Just had it for lunch.

Makes things feel a little less awful, anyway.

Funny, I never thought of you as a fried bologna girl. In fact, I never thought of you as eating bologna at all.

Oh, I love just about any kind of sausage (save for andouillette, maybe. There's a famous quote by an old lyonaise politician that goes "politics is like andouillette: it should smell slightly like sh#t, but not too much." Can't handle that, for some reason.).

What I do very often nowadays (also have the family predisposition towards cholesterol problems) is get lightlife tofu bologna and fry that up in smart balance. Sounds really lame, but it's actually quite good
